COMMUNITY ROOMS AVAILABLE

The new library has a variety of meeting rooms available for community use. We would like to invite your organization to use these rooms for your meetings and events.

• Community Rooms A & B have maximum shared capacity of 150 persons (seated). The room can be divided into two equal sized rooms. Each has a lecturn, audio/visual equipment, and tables and chairs, as well as a piano, access to kitchen facilities and space for exhibiting artwork. It is available for use any time or day of the week. A security deposit or fee may be required. (Capacities & Layouts)
• The Coeling Computer Center will have ten computer workstations. A computer with projection capabilities is available for instruction.
• The Armstrong Conference Room and the Trustees Conference Room seat 10 and 12 people respectively. They have large conference tables with chairs. A/V equipment is available on request.
• Group Study Rooms: Three group study rooms are ideal for small group sessions. These rooms may be used on a first come, first served basis. There is a three hour per day limit on the use of these rooms.
