Reserve A Meeting Room
COMMUNITY ROOMS AVAILABLE
The new library has a variety of meeting rooms available for community use. We would like to invite your organization to use these rooms for your meetings and events.
- Community Rooms A & B have maximum shared capacity of 150 persons (seated). The room can be divided into two equal sized rooms. Each has a lecturn, audio/visual equipment, and tables and chairs, as well as a piano, access to kitchen facilities and space for exhibiting artwork. It is available for use any time or day of the week. A security deposit or fee may be required. (Capacities & Layouts)
- The Coeling Computer Center will have ten computer workstations. A computer with projection capabilities is available for instruction.
- The Armstrong Conference Room and the Trustees Conference Room seat 10 and 12 people respectively. They have large conference tables with chairs. A/V equipment is available on request.
- Group Study Rooms: Three group study rooms are ideal for small group sessions. These rooms may be used on a first come, first served basis. There is a three hour per day limit on the use of these rooms.
All rooms other than the Community Rooms are available during regular library hours. To view our Meeting Room Policy, click here or stop by the circulation desk and ask.
Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be done by telephone (231-547-2651 and speak to Davonne or Rebecca). Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee if the library is not notified at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
