                            Let's dive into the building blocks of yoga. We will explore ways to improve our balance, reduce stress and build strength. The foundational yoga postures are done to release tension in the body allowing for greater flexibility and vitality. Breathing exercises will be introduced as tools for quieting the mind, calming the nervous system and providing us with a relaxed way to be present with the moments of our lives. The practice can be modified to fit your individual needs.
