Yoga is known to improve our balance, reduce stress and build strength. The foundational yoga postures in this series help release tension in the body allowing for greater flexibility and overall vitality. We will also practice simple breathing exercises for quieting the mind and calming the nervous system. The yoga practice can be modified to fit your individual needs.
