Children's Book Week May 3 to 9

Children’s Book Week, established in 1919, is not only a celebration of books, but of connection. It is a vehicle to unite kids and adults with books, authors, and illustrators in order to foster a love of reading. Every Child a Reader is inspired by educators, librarians, booksellers, parents and caregivers and the creative ways they find to connect with kids everyday. Because of that Every Child a Reader has created a more engaging Children’s Book Week experience for all in 2021!

RSVP for the Anna Dewdney Read Together Award Winner event on May 7 at 3pm ET, featuring a read aloud and Q&A with Tameka Brown Fryer and AG Ford, creators of this year’s winner, Brown Baby Lullaby.
