Craig Babiarz Head Brewer at Fresh Coast Beer in Traverse City will cover the process of home brewing from start to finish. He will also go in to the science of brewing beer. What is actually happening to the grain to produce the liquid that becomes the beer, and the hops and what they contribute, and last but not least, the yeast and its properties.
